Pulp fiction scammed me 10m

Briefly explain the trade: We agreed on swapping accounts and me adding in 20m i said ok ill give 10m first u give acc and ill give rest we do recovery tests he said ok so i give him 10m he logs out.
How they scammed: He offered to sell acc to me took 10m logged off msn.
