    Explanation of the trade: I paid service master 314m to carry out services for me. After a day and a half nothing was done and an excuse made. Upon checking sythe I see he is banned, and is now ignoring me on skype.

    How they scammed: Did not complete services paid for.

    I told you to make this report as a precaution, but I won't add this to his ban reason yet as he said he's looking to resolve this, and you said he's trying to do the same. If he doesn't, then I will, but for now I'll leave this open for a little bit before I conclude it since he's already banned as is.
