Explanation of the trade:

TWatts23 submitted a ticket stating his account was stolen and that someone is trying to hack into it. He then gave his account info over to middleman and I sent payment to him. When I received the account, I submitted a ticket to change DOB but was unable too because a ticket was already made stating the account was stolen.
