i have nothing against this person as he showed me hes vouches and hes banned account screenshot

bad things can happend i lost 8 months of gametime + 2 accounts and 2.4b in bank worth
which i will never recover.
ofc he has TOS but as meowth said 'quote'

I'd suggest getting your input from the Sythe staff on this one as it's really uncommon for this to happen before the trade/service got done. Not sure if Terms of Service apply here, so I'd definitely escalate this into a 'scam report' to get a staff ruling for it.

As RWT bans are always a legitimate risk for both parties, I'd personally would take that out of the equasion. The situation that you're left with then is that you received the 300m payment, and didn't get to complete the service, not because of bad will, but because of the customer being banned aswell. So you either owe the service to your customer (even though that's gonna be pretty difficult, unless he has another qualified account, probably unlikely), or you would owe him a refund of the 300m that was paid to you.

The fact that he lost several bill was his risk entirely on the other hand, I don't think he has any claim for you to refund him any of that.

i feel like i should be returned the 300m atleast and further i have no idea cuz i am banned on both accounts for RWT.. i never ever got banned for rwt neither bought gp ever
i have legit pics of my previous bank wealth on those both accounts that got banned and i have proof of date aswell ,anyways

i knew it was a risk but after all hes vouches and stuff and that i got banned instantly as the ccproxy was used and teamvieuwer its just strange to me and as meowth said this situation is very uncommon

Since the gold transferred into your possession, you do have to refund him the 300m @Tweeter however you're not liable for anything beyond that
