Crimson Kali Scammed me out 50m

I bought 50 7 day memberships from him for 50m and he failed to deliver nor did he attempt to refund me. He pleaded with me that he wasn't a scammer but blocked me when I provided proof that he didnt have the 7 days in the first place.

He said he would send. 12 hours later he did not send.

He then proceeded to block me on discord after I called him out for not having the accounts in the first place.

His discord name is the same as the one in his ad so it is 100% him. I posted on all his post that he was a scammer. He is trying to play dumb. I would appreciate if this manner would be resolved . Thanks in advance. I can provide more screenshots of the conversation if needed.

I also have an old account for discord that I used and it has proof of him claiming the same Unique Discord as The one I provided in the gif. If I need to show this proof also I will.

Hi, Crimson has messaged me on discord explaining it was a big misunderstanding. He is willing to give me my gold because he doesn't wanna ruin his reputation. Is this something that can be done so that both partied benefit ?
