Zapdos recovered a 2277 total level account

Explanation of the trade: $1350 USD Paypal for 2277 total level account.
Amount scammed: He has stated autowin was at 2.5B so the account's worth is set at that. I've also moved pretty much all my bank on there unfortunately which is an additional 1B. So total scammed is 3.5B.
How they scammed: Account was recovered almost exactly one month later after purchase.

Proof of payment: Imgur I went through a search scan on this guy and I'm hella sure @Gladiator can confirm his Paypal from what I've seen from my searching. Sensitive card information has been covered.
Proof of contacting seller: I knew he was online on both when I was about to make this thread because it showed him on the current online users at the time. Imgur No response but I'm more than willing to wait to see what he has to say on here or on discord alongside me also waiting on the results of the recovery form since he's been patient a lot to me. If both fail, I would have to chargeback on Paypal but that doesn't help with the 1B bank I have on the account. If I can't do that either, I definitely want 3.5B GP as a return payment.

5 HOURS LATER UPDATE: He apparently has forgotten to unlink google account so I was able to move my bank back onto my originally created account before getting logged off the account. However since the account was recovered and they will likely notice the difference, the chances of my Google Account being un-linked is pretty much obvious now. I will still like him to respond to me on discord or on here as soon as possible if a moderator can ping him soon as possible. I am still waiting on the recovery appeal from 7 hours ago before reaching out for the second time before I have to file a chargeback. AMOUNT OWED IS NOW LOWERED TO EITHER $1350 USD OR 2.5B

 

2ND UPDATE: Alright. Here it is. Imgur Information I was given didn't even pass the recovery test almost 9 hours later. I want a good explanation on what the hell is going on in the next 12 hours before I feel like I have the need to file the chargeback. This is ridiculous.

@Admires @banglehead Trying to get this resolved as I'm posting this. Trying to get in contact with the OO via his discord and phone number he provided, will provide an update when I hear back from him or he doesnt respond in a fair amount of time.

 

Can confirm I was notified about this. So right now before anything else, we're both pretty much waiting on the OO to respond back to Zapdos.

 

UPDATE: We're going to be giving OO 7 and a half more hours from right now (When I send this post) to respond to Zapdos. If he doesn't respond by the end of the next 7 and a half hours then we'll both start talking about the refund. Amount owed is still set at $1350 USD or 2.5B OSRS GP

OO ran off and ghosted Zapdos apparently. What we both ended coming up with on discord was the following: To take off 500M from the debt, it would be him returning a 2084 total account that I had sold to him 2 weeks prior to the 2277 total account he sold to me that ended up getting recovered. The other 2B he then owes me will be paid in increments of 500M per week for 4 weeks. I'm not sure if 4 weeks will be too long for paying back the debt but that's what we settled on and I would be posting updates each time I received an payment from him.

 

@banglehead this is fine if both of you have agreed to it, however, @Zapdos will keep the DNT until debts are paid off. I'm closing this thread for now, but feel free to update me on the situation by PM or discord.
