govitha is the banned user netflix2014 ( ban evader )

After being scammed 15 USD by user " govitha ", i just found out that he was user " netflix2014 " which has already been banned by Sythe authorities back in February. I hope that this forums moderators make a topic on scammers payment details so that future transactions first get checked on such a black list. Here are the proofs:

Why you think they are ban evading:

Back in Feb this year i was looking for a netflix code and the user netflix2014 sent me a P.M with his skype id which is ffaears and after that he got banned and now that made further investigation i noticed that the payment info of that user and govitha are the same but different skype and sythe accounts.

He uses Webmoney, Bitcoin and pioneer as far as he told me and he is from malaysia.
God knows how many other accounts he has here and when he is going to scam other users.
