Gift chargebacked

Hello. I'd like to report the guy that was selling Gifts for PP. I can't find his thread and I'm sort of busy so this is going to be a quick report : http://prntscr.com/4ndy2h

I no longer have the gift on my account. There was a delay to the deal as I spent all my cash and told him to wait until the day after as I was out all day. I have cancelled the plans due to a personal reason thus making me return home.

I would like some form of explanation of why the gift was removed from my account. I suspect that he's purchasing these goods with a stolen credit card/paypal as he "doesn't have a steam account".


I feel that I've provided the relevant proof required to take action. Regards.
