Ip blocked? unable to make an account

Hello,

I created a post earlier (sorry for the double post) I noticed that it said to add all the info that was in the error message. Just to help the staff out here is what the message said

"Unfortunately, we have detected that the following username(s) have already been registered from your IP address. If you believe this is in error, or you are trying to legitimately change your account, please open a dispute and a sythe.org staff member will assist you. Make sure you include everything on this page in your dispute or it will not be addressed.

Ip address: xx.xx.xx.xx.xx " (I blocked out so my I.P was hidden)

I tried to create the name Stars 4-ever today, but it said the same message, so I guess the account was not created? So why is it showing up? also I have no clue who Onyxpaladin is. I know for a fact I never made that account.
