ZakkaryWylde Scammed??? Or A mistake that can be fixed

I know he posted one about me however I have more evidence then he does and... he still has my money in his PP and I still don't have any GPS? take a look at these SS's
In no way am I calling him a scammer... hes simply a gungho kid who obviously doesn't understand that people can make a mistake, I'm just trying to get this resolved before someone gets banned.

It says that msn's are not proof however on my SS's it shows the email of the person msning me and he sent me a pm on sythe telling me what his msn was therefore linking the two accounts together

Basically he wanted to sell me gps and so i set up my PP to send 21 usd for 30m and then he says well we need to do it in increments because he didn't have it all on one account... seeing as how I was already on the send money screen i went back alittle irritated and put in 10.50 usd and forgot to put gift now when he realized this he said something, i said it was a mistake and offered for him to send me back the money and i could send as a gift he refused called me a scammer never gave me gps and deuced it... and even know he refuses to simply send the money back I guess he expects me to just charge it back however he doesn't realize that me charging back can mess up his paypal... so im asking that he can simply send the 10.50 usd back to my account and just accept it as a mistake. If I was him i would have simply understood it as a mistake and send the money back but he won't even do that...

OK now its official he actually scammed me haha, after many attempts to get my $10.50 back from him all ended in him ignoring me I went to charge back and ofc he responds with "I have given this stupid kid his virtual items" which in his own post about me on sythe.org he said he never gave me anything so now this is his attempt to keep my money without delivering my gps... I will add SS's of the paypal dispute later on today! hahaha
