Got a portfolio people can look at?
Just a heads up, you cannot require a positive comment on your service, you are only allowed to ask people to leave a nice comment, and they can only do so if they are actually happy with the design.

"I will leave a small watermark in the corner"
Does this mean you always leave a watermark on your designs?
Even with payment?

Last thing, got a few spelling errors in the thread:

Expertise isn't really a word

You can not require your customers to leave positive feedback if they are not satisfied.
Please remove this from your ToS.
