{PAYPAL}Buying Mils or an Account {PAYPAL} spending $20

Looking for another account or just some mils. Let me know what your selling. I know I dont have the best reputation but I dont have a bad one either. I will be paying with my paypal and its bank funded. Im looking for something with a higher combat than mine which is a 45 right now or something with high smithing.
