Umy/Bolt botting service(got me banned)

Okay, I will explain all what has happened.

I bought 2 different services in 2 different dates from Umy, one of them was 87-99 str on November 30th and it was finished on December 8th, which he leveled at an almost INHUMAN pace, I needed 9m xp Screenshot - fcab3aae642c3b4a957de45bb47b52df - Gy
zo which is about 128 hours of gameplay, and he did them in 7 DAYS! (5.3 days of straight gameplay) but it was completed and nothing happened, account was alive.

Then I again contacted him on December 25th for the next service, which was 80-99 range, and on this service something weird happened, I asked him once what was the progress and he told me it was 85, but then I checked on hiscores and it was 87, 2 levels of difference, he isn’t supposed to have the client opened in front of him? He quickly fixed it up.

He says I must’ve been flagged from previous services, and last service I bought before using him for range was a torso, and his str.
I asked him for pictures of range, because ‘he uses osbuddy for services’ and he didn’t have any range pictures, only strength

On here he says he has screenshots of me saying many people had access to my account, and yes that’s right, I have purchased a tons of services for people, including bgloves, torsos, fcapes, skills, quests. That’s not an excuse to terminate a service.

At first I wanted a reimburse for what it wasn’t done, but after asking for evidence that support his claims, I’m sure its him who banned my account, he even wanted to give me a 70/70/70 nmz ready account Screenshot - adc451a3b19bb1bf698b6296323850a5 - Gyazo
What I want is a refund for the services I’ve bought on that account, bgloves, torso, fcape, skilling and his training (108m), which is worth around 350m, If I asked for a full account value it would be 500m+.

What is the case to be made here?

1. Upon service start I am not responsible for any bans (and here is a perfect example of why- you secretly had given access to multiple people, and even if I hadn't logged in while they were there was likely to be a ban).

2. "You will not log in or change password until my job is done, otherwise service is terminated" - broken as well

3. Compensation was provided out of good faith which was more than fair to you, as evidenced above.

 

In the pic it show me looking at runelite for lvls the only time i did log in into the account is the moment that in runelite i couldnt see myself in hiscore second of all ur compensation of 37m is legit what you didnt do into the account. All the things i paid before for it and everything. Second there is a screenshots that can show you were log in into ur account
look me 2 i can do that not diffucult at all lol. And to conclude in the last pic it says i never said(alot of people...)but its true that they had access before for others services ! To conclude i took ur 37m cause i was at 100% sure it couldnt be you but by looking at ur convo and read carefully with a friend of mine i took in consideration that maybe it could be you.

Nothing else needs to be provided on my end besides the following:

 

Send me the Pictures of every range lvl you have trained on osbuddy and I will take down this report, it's all I want.
It's ridiculous that you don't take responsability for a ban that occurs on an account while YOU'RE botting on it.

You have, as you knew the ban was your fault, you even wanted to give me with another account.

It's probably my bad english but I've never told you that my dude, what I said is that over six people have had access to my account because I always buy services, but not while you were doing my service.

I didn't log once when you were doing the service, you could easily fake a picture with another client opened and say 'I' was logged in, cmon I thought you were better than that.

 

1. I was under no obligation to offer ANYTHING. I did so out of good faith (ctrl+f good faith see how many times that's been said). Offering compensation is not an admission of guilt by any means.

Why are you taking compensation, saying you are fine and agree with it, and then making this report 6 days later?

3. Again, as referenced, my TOS state I am not responsible for anything that happens, before, during or after the service.

 

Then prove to me that your service was hand done showing me the pictures and make ur tos valid.

 

And I took the compensation because I had no choice and I believed in your word as I'm inexperienced in this, but after looking for some help for third service providers I knew something wrong was happening here

Bans are delayed yes, but your service was started weeks after I purchased my last service, its on you.

 

@Rafik Abada When you said multiple people have access to the account:

Not only did you know the risk of buying account services, but how can we pinpoint one sole person when six people have access to the account? Anyone could have logged in @ any time and got banned "Botting".

Unless you have more evidence, or a better claim this report will be dismissed.

 

@Champ this information is incorrect.

I am the previous service provider for the torso, so the only other person to have had access to the account was myself, which was on the 13th of December, I have the screenshots to provide if required.

@Bolt @Champ Is this relevant?? 'from the first service.' The first service clearly didn't get him banned, as it was completed over 2 weeks from the finish date of the second account. Therefore, the service in question really here is the SECOND service provided by @Bolt . BTW Runelite AND OSB both take self-screenshots on quest and level completions, (UNLESS YOU personally TURN THAT OFF.) In which case, that's on you as a service provided you should have pictures of all your services completed, I know I do. so if you personally did the job that's on you, it seems like the first job was outsourced if anything as you have no real proof to provide that YOU did the job.

I know I did my Barbarian Assault services by hand and can provide all the pictures, can you? @Bolt

Nobody else has access to his accounts on a regular basis either, I know this as he's a regular customer of mine, and that torso isn't the only order I've completed for him.

Edit: as my post got deleted below as I was putting this in, I'm only posting as I have stated that Rafik is a regular customer of mine, he is French Canadian, and therefore the linguistic barrier has become an issue in his report that I believe you are taking advantage of, and that's not proper, and as a result, his report is being disregarded as a whole.

There also could be a multitude of reasons why someone doesn't have screenshots- eg; moving, synced settings on RL login, lag, compensating a user where the terms were agreed upon nearly 6 days ago and screenshots were no longer needed, a reformatted hard drive. Lots of things happen in 6 days.

@Bolt also, you're a $1000 donator, there's no way you're spending your personal time doing 6.5GP exp (OR LESS the range was below 5gp per exp??) Nmz Jobs, I'm sorry, it's just not realistic.. Any real BY HAND provider knows that. If you don't have ALL of the levels from 80-99 (Range) and 87-99 (Strength) to provide, I don't really understand how you're getting away with it, as, as I stated above, the client YOU stated that YOU used, takes screenshots automatically. The job was either outsourced or you botted, it's simple as that. As well as the timelines do seem kind of unrealistic as well for 'by hand' by one person at least. If you had that you outsource in your terms, maybe it'd be a bit more believable.

My terms and conditions are completely relevant, do you not read the password information? He was to change before and afterwards mate, so clearly I haven't had access since the 13th myself, and he also stated the last provider IN BETWEEN your 'ORDERS' was for a torso, which was me, therefore, verifying that he did indeed change his password, as I do genuinely believe you are at fault here and getting away with it due to your titles and credentials it's being disregarded.

 

I am confused what the arguement here even has become?

Who had access to the account before the 13th?

He ordered a torso service while I was supposed to also be leveling the account?

Why are there 2 service providers replying on this case?

Why is this even a case when compensation was agreed upon nearly 6 days ago?

 

Do you read? You provided him services up until the 8th, I had access 5 days later, following which, the password would have been changed yet again. And then AGAIN when your services began as well.

-> Password changed. [Dec 13th] (UPON COMPLETION)

So you had access to the account at that point, he told you previous service providers had access and you tried to use that as leverage in your arguement.

2nd Edit: Your ToS were broken in THE FIRST service, as you stated, the SECOND service is the one really being disputed here.

 

This just goes to show how many prior people have had access to the account.

I am confused why you are responding here if the case is between @Rafik Abada and I?
