Framed LOL??

Okay so today I woke up and tried signing in, and found out that I was temp banned for infractions. Now I find that I have been banned for evasion!

Someone else obviously posted this: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=11082760 AFTER I made this dispute today. Could someone have played detective and noted the time difference between these two disputes before banning me? According to the 2nd dispute, I suddenly lost my email/password today of all days, when I have been around Sythe literally since the first day of January? Secondly, its funny because I dont even sell gold (you can look through ALL of my posts I have ever created) yet, "I'm opening my gold selling shop , I know I'm a newcommer so I won't sell big ammounts till I earn some respect. By the way I'm only accepting PayPal."

There needs to be a serious change in this whole dispute forum in my opinion. Just like the other day, when someone who claimed to be Stui, posted a dispute claiming to be the actual Stui. The imposter wrote something like Stui paid back everyone he owed money to when in fact hasnt even happened yet.

Like Zeker said, why the hell would I ban evade when Ive only been banned for 3 days? Thats not even logical. Obvious frame is obvious. It's probably some random retard/troll. Please contact me at my REAL msn [email protected] for further inquiries lol; this is so absurd.

 

I ran an IP check for the IP address the person posted in that account recovery query. He posted from a TOR network proxy, but oddly enough the only other account on the entire site that is linked to that particular address is you, Alma Mater: http://puu.sh/Bljv

Not sure what is going on here to be honest. I would like to think you aren't stupid enough to ban evade a temporary ban. I'll get some help looking into this.

 

You can't ban people off Tor servers. I've used them before and I know some of the IPs you get have dozens of Sythe members (banned and unbanned) on them.

 

He isn't being banned for using a Tor server. What I was saying is that the person who posted that query posing as Alma Mater (as he claims), was on a Tor network proxy address that is linked to Alma Mater.

I don't know anything about Tor servers, or whether that even means anything or not, and therefore I've sought out help for this case. Any input is welcome on this from anybody.

I banned him because the IPs matched + the "vader" account used the same email linked in the Alma Mater recovery.

However, after looking at it again, I can see that it doesn't make much sense as the "vader" account posted before Alma Mater was banned. Therefore, the "vader" account was created before Alma was banned, and in addition to that, evading a 3-day ban simply isn't logical.

It also seems suspicious that the recovery user stated this:

I think now it's safe to conclude that the recovery was made by an imposter, and that Alma Mater hasn't ban evaded.
