Youtube video recording AND sound help?

I'm busy creating a channel and I'm going to record Minecraft, Portal/2 and different games, I will be doing so with a friend! But, I'm using ScreenFlow for Mac to record the screen, and it records my voice with my microphone, anyone know how I can get it record his voice as well at his computer, we talk via Skype.

Open up ScreenFlow and set it so that the &#8220;Record Desktop From&#8221; is set to the monitor that is displaying the video chat window. Then check-mark the &#8220;Record Video from&#8221; and select &#8220;Built-in iSight&#8221;. Next, check &#8220;Record Audio From&#8221; and select &#8220;Built-in Microphone&#8220;, also check &#8220;Record Computer Audio&#8221; so that you can capture the interviewee&#8217;s voice. Press Record."

It is for an interview, so just take out the parts that don't apply to you. So like change the "record video from" part.
