YousuckV2 harrassment/slander/posting personal information ETC..

YousuckV2 has broken 4 rules over the past few weeks. User is slandering my name, attempted to post private information about me (a Skype he claims was mine but isn't), general harassment and causing drama, adding information to his banned users thread that doesn't need to be there but only to try and slander my name further, and has falsely accused me of ban evading and scamming on multiple occasions within the past few weeks with no evidence or false evidence/claims of IP audit and no valid matching second reasons. Not to mention the quite obvious taunting he's doing.

To cause drama.

Heaps of valid evidence to support my report is posted below, pour a nice cup of tea because this is a semi-long read.

OP claims I own an account I don't and based a report with false evidence off an IP audit. (before he edited the report).
OP states he will continue to dig and pursue to find so called evidence of me scamming in the past to try and get me banned.
OP posts in the wrong section causing me to lose $800 in trades due to looking like I have a scam report open.

User calls me a scammer with no proof/evidence and bases it off a friend of his supposedly being scammed by me when everyone knows D N Y S from the Soulsplit staff team went rogue and was corrupt, also hacking and framing me.
(which I was unbanned for just last week and was banned for over a year and half due to lack of evidence for being innocent until I just recently proved my innocence by finding the screenshots on my lost USB), (see deleted posts by Entrr)

Rules being broken/offences committed by the user YousuckV2 in an attempt to ruin my rep by slandering my name, harassing me, causing drama, trying to disclose personal information ETC..................

1. Partaking in behavior intended to disturb or upset another user
^ at least 8 times.

2. Deceiving members or staff for fun, humor, or to cause drama
^ to cause drama and slander my name/ruin my rep.

3. Posting purposely to anger or to elicit a negative response from others for fun, humor, or to cause drama
^ multiple occasions

4. Accusing Someone of Scamming Without Proof:Chat logs do not count as proof
^ multiple occasions

5. Disclosure of Others' Personal Information: posting information such as private emails / MSNs, private Skype accounts, Facebook accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. of someone other than yourself without explicit consent of that person will result in up to a 1 month ban regardless of whether or not the information is publicly available.

^ up to 1 month ban.

I'm requesting several things be done or 1 of these at least please.
1. By him posting a report and slandering my name he has caused me $50 at least in losses due to 5 people claiming I'm a scammer based off his wild claims and false report (due to the fact that there was a scam report open against me for a week before a mod moved to the proper section RaBe), even though the evidence was false.

Note: my only public Skype is Sellinanbuyinrsgold. Seeing as how the OP claims the thread is meant for notable bans that effected the community but mine wasn't a notable ban. I didn't break any rules, the incident was an unexpected occurrence and I still handled things within a reasonable time frame as the dicing thread rules state.

4. Contact the User to remove my name off his list and warn them that if any further harassment/slander/drama takes place (including false reports with unclear evidence) that the user will be banned for X amount of time (time determined by rule broken or mods discretion).

Clearly OP ignores his own reasoning for this thread by adding my name to it for an illegitimate reason and only does it to further harass and slander me.

I don't deserve this bullshit, I never targeted this user or pissed them off in any way directly. If they claim I did something and have no evidence of it that sounds to me like a personal problem but targeting me because of it is uncalled for.

 

I don't see how YousuckV2 can talk his way out of this. He made a post trying to explain his actions for his vendetta when clearly he said he said one against me. Nuff said.

 

Since it takes Sythe staff oh I don't know at least a week minimum before they take care of something like this i don't want to be apart of this community. You let faggots like YousuckV2 back and I'm quitting because of it.
