Agreed, I like to enjoy the graffiti on the way to the city. If it's artistic, then yay. If it's on your own property, it's a mural, if it's on somebody elses it's graffiti...

Vandalism. If you wish to draw 'art', use a piece of paper; not other peoples' properties.

I totally agree, don't touch someone's stuff. If you want to "tag" the inside of your house, go for it.
