Obama's First 100 Days

Consider the following questions:

1) What do you want to happen in Obama's first 100 days?

3) What do you think will happen after Obama's first 100 days?


What I think will happen:

1) The economic bailout to be settled and the Middle East crisis to be solved.
2) A lot of bull on how things will happen and yet... nothing will happen.
3) Either a crash, or a breakthrough.

 

a) He will begin the process of dismantling the government and giving us back freedom
b) Same old same old with some more keynesian economic policies
c) dunno

 

1) What do you want to happen in Obama's first 100 days? End the fighting between Israelis and Palestinians, a resolution to the US troops in Iraq, end the genocide in Darfur, and pull our economy out of the recession and back into growth (You said want....so yeah )
2) What do you think will happen in Obama's first 100 days? Nothing but planning and filibustering (yes, I know the Democrats won Congress)
3) What do you think will happen after Obama's first 100 days? Minor progress to pull the economy out of the recession and some progression towards ending the "war on terror"

 

Update: I see no way Obama is going to deal with the Middle East crsis. Look where they have gotten themselves now -_-.

It doesn't really matter to me what he does, because it will have nothing to do with me.

I think that .. Pretty much, he'll start being controlled. Just like they do with every other of the United States presidents.

It'll be the same thing. He'll make decisions that help democrats, and "hurt" republicans, and either he'll serve another 4 years, or some three-legged Indian will run for President.

Same old, same old.

 

In all honesty, I don't really care, I'm from Canada and many will agree America has made some very dumb choices the past decade. Unless Obama can turn the tides completely which he most likely will fail at.

 

I hope he gets assassinated. Always wanted to know what my ancestors felt like seeing one. + he's a shitty president anyways..

I want full reform in the governements ways. I want to see a large change in ideals, from men trying to help the many, to men sitting down to help the minority, the smaller indivisuals who need the help. I want to see men sitting down discussiing real issues, not passing the times, waiting for the Messiah.

I think that none of this is reasonably possible. Due to the fact that his cabinet is bi party, not much will be done, as complete reform comes from a uniparty cabinet, and he has not assembled that.

After 100 days, I believe he will fade from the spotlight. Less landmark descision will be made, more time will be stalled, and the Messiah will still not come.
