You really don't wanna bot on a computer, they can easily over heat and for the same price you can get a desktop with far better specs.

 

Wrong section. Need to be moved to runescape general I use my computer but its old and can run around 3-4

 

Wouldn't recommend botting on a laptop, it will die faster than you know... get a desktop. I'm not sure with amount although.

can i suggest something? dont buy a pc on ebay. make it yourself.

 

6-8 depending on the type of bot your running, if your going to be running LRC bots then you will probably be only able to run about 5-6.

And you'd probably be able to run 8-13 bots on that computer. I have one with almost the same specs (actually it's 8 gigs ddr2 and a 2.5ghz core 2 duo (which happens to be a quad core)) and I easily could get 10 bots running.

 

I have a first Gen Centrino Duo laptop that I train 2 bots on. Does fine... a 3rd bot brings the whole thing to s screching halt, lol. But the machine itself does fine for bottng, doesn't overheat (have the rear raised tho) and pulls less than 75 watts from the wall.

So botting on a laptop is fine if you keep the machine cool.
