Help with PlayerAuctions?

Hey guys, i'm not really sure where this is supposed to go.. so if this is the wrong place to ask this sort of question, could a mod please move it!!

Anyway, i've been having some trouble with player auctions recently. I set my account up last year, have been using it fine for absolutely months, buying and selling things all through paypal, however now when i go to buy gold, i cannot use paypal. It has a small lock symbol and if i hover over it, it says "unlock this payment option now with identity verification"

However, as i said i've payed for things before through paypal, and i've sold about 6 accounts, all the money going into my paypal account..?

If anyone could offer any help it would be much appreciated!

 

Your PayPal account has been locked and now you have to send PayPal support your indentity card, pass or something like that. Maybe you weren't using your real name?

 

My paypal isn't locked, it's completely fine. This is what it's saying on Player Auctions.

 

MY guess is that you have exceeded a monthly or yearly trading limit on PA. What are they asking you to give them?

 

You need to verify your account by giving them your credit/debit card information. Happened to me last week.

They will take a random amount below $2 off of your card, and you will have to tell them how much it was, then they put it back, and bam you're verified. Can take up to a week depending on your bank though.
