7 tips on how to get out of silver

All tips sound kinda reasonable, but what's about the "4-deaths-limit"? Imho, that's wrong. KDA players were never respected or good at the game. I die random amount of times from 0 to 10 each game, and I climbed gold to diamond this season with over 60% winrate. KDA doesn't rly mean much.

Fam I climbed to Gold 2 80 something LP and have dropped all the way back down to Silver 1 and now I'm hard stuck. This should help a bit

 

nice tips i agree with all of these. try to start with playing a bunch of champs that have the highest winrate until you find one you like, then when meta changes do the same again.

also starting as top or supp will teach you a lot more about the game. when you get to gold or so start trying some jungle as this will teach you a lot of gank timings, jungl pathing, warding spots etc, which will help the rest of your play as you progress

 

Rather than "limit deaths to 4 per game," I think a better tip would be to take note of where you are dying and to fix those aspects of your play, if you are dying in lane with your outer up then you need to not overextend in the early game. if you are the first to die when both teams are trying to group around objectives, then you need to focus on not getting caught out in rotations, and take safer paths or set up vision better. Not only this but sometimes it is worth it to force plays even if it means you will die, shying away from being a playmaker will not help you climb depending on the role you are playing and how your games are going. Reason being, sometimes you just have to keep fighting the enemy and taking/forcing good trades to win, especially when you play bruisers or assassins. like if you can take down the 4/0/0 miss fortune as a 5/5/0 zed mid before she has a chance to use her ultimate in a teamfight, even if it means you die you are still going to get the shutdown gold and your team will benefit more from her death than from you being alive in that teamfight.

Not a bad guide at all. I don't think you should try to limit your deaths to a specific number, but a lot of the times people die for absolutely no reason and those deaths should be kept to a minimum. You'd surprise yourself with how much you can climb if you learn to let yourself be carried, play safe, and not tilt. As long as you keep a steady head there's more of a chance for the enemy team to have a raging / tilting member than yours does
