Phone # Spoofing

I keep getting phone calls from numbers exactly the same as mine except the last 4 digits are changed.

It's been happening for the past 2-3 months i'll get a random call throughout the day about once every 2 weeks.

Ex: if my number is 1-234-5678

The people who call's # is
Ex:
1-234-0123
1-234-5543
1-234-9091
1-234-8431


It doesn't bother me, nor do i pick up the phone and answer them but it's just kinda strange how all the #'s are the same as mine except the last 4 digits. I looked this up and apparently it's just telemarketers trying to find a more clever way scam people? and that it's very common. Does this happen to anyone else?

 

I've gotten this too, it's just telemarketers and phone scammers and not even necessarily spoofing I think just them calling random numbers similar to theirs since they literally call anyone they can.

 

This is really weird not sure what to say lol

 

I pick it up and they never say anything lol
