[???] The end of the world is near - May 21st, 2011 [???]

According to this man, he has spent $140,000 on advertising the end of the world, which would be May 21, 2011.

So if you think the worlds going to end your money is pointless.

If I thought I was going to die in a week I would make much wiser choices with $140,000.

Perhaps a nice car, exotic place, few girls, and a nice gun for Sunday morning

 

I think that this guy is just someone looking for attention. If he gets enough publicity, he could easily make the money he put into it back, and be famous :/.

 

He's already received plenty of publicity and probably tripled the money he has invested. I think it's a hoax, just like every other prediction.

 

My point exactly. This is the easiest scam ever, yet millions of people will fall for it.

 

This isn't just one person. There is a traveling group going around to college campuses and telling us the world will end. They've sold all their belongings and packed into vans to travel.

Personally I don't believe it. I am Catholic, and we believe Jesus will come when he comes. There is no way to predict it. Curious to see what religious background these people come from.

Tbh, everytime someone brings up something about the world ending on w/e date, it's almost always shot down because of so many phonies just making stuff up.

I actually would want it to happen on one of the predicted days, so a lot of people would be caught offguard as well(pretty much almost everyone).

 

It's funny because in the Bible, it says that God, and only God, will know the exact time and date of the rapture.

This guy claims to be a Christian, but doesn't even live by the book. Makes a lot of sense.
