Scammed by Xi Lax Bro iX

Sold Xi Lax Bro iX 105m few days ago & was hesitant to report him at first because he was up front about the situation, letting me know that the funds were put on hold because of paypal opening an investigation for suspicous activity. This was before I had even figured out myself. Also saying if for any reason something happened resulting in me not getting my $, he would send it W|U or some other way, or give back the gp, what ever I wanted.

Since talking to him yesterday he hasnt been online since & not only that. The whole situation resulted in my paypal being limited and costing an extra $40 on top of the $63.00 thats on hold & im assuming will be reversed.

Unfortunately because of taking his being up front & letting me know before learning myself, I didnt take a screenie of the MSN chat log with him & waited till now to post this. Im hoping tho from his vouch left for me selling him 105 Mill & with the paypal screenie showing the transaction & my account being limited. As well as the trust I have are enough to prove my case.

Heres screen shot of the transaction details, also showing that my account has been Limited due to claims/disputes. And if look at transaction date along with the amount. 105 X .60 = $63.00. Also if look at the name that he used to make the account, its not the 1st time seen someone using john or jane doe, but really for anyone to be making a paypal account using those names is asking for an investigation to be done.



I had my Msn status set to offline to him, and by the time finished this post, he was back online, & now have a chat log screenie.



Now if he can actually follow through with what he said & return the GP or send it via W|U I dont have a problem with the whole situation as well as im only in a hurry to get it back, cause I need every dollar I can get atm.

Have explained on 1 of my threads & to some people, living in a place with no lease, on a month to month basis cause its going into forclosure. Well we need to be out by end of this month supposedly. So stressing every dollar.

Kind of dont care if he gets banned now or not, lil kid has a big mouth and no respect & principles when handling buisness.
