"i looklike u" is a scammer

The trade was to sell 100 mil for .70cents / mil on Runescape 2. I sold him 10 mil, and he sent $7. He started complaining about the fees of paypal so I decided one more transaction should be fine. I sent over the 90 mil, however - he stated he was going to send the money, which he did not, and logged off both MSN messenger and the game server. It is unfortunate that I do not have any screen-shots of the game server itself, however, I believe the chat screen-shots should be sufficient through what he said.
