    He was originally banned for ripting guides in UE section, however... It was changed to forum ban.

    anyways I just found a "GFX call out battle" that he ripted a sig on...

    He basically ript a signature from... a "Learning Pack" so he might have the .psd... but this pack is publicly released and was not made by him..

    hope this is enough for banning this..."unworthy member"

    I gave him a forum ban from GFX as well.

    Since the guide-ripping ban came after that post, I'll forgo further action. However, if continues to rip, he will be banned.
