They are not paid to deal with you, they will do it as quickly as they can when they have time.

Edit - my dispute took over a week to see, and then 2 weeks to pardon. You can't really complain, patience is a virtue

 

I think I've posted here a couple of times, but it bears repeating. Awesome guy and is often the first one to handle something that needs to be taken care of. Definitely carries his weight!
