Honeyview scamming/refusing to refund or send payment

Although me and honey traded a bunch of times with like 50-300m osrs sales at a time today she is refusing/delaying payment for the 100m osrs @ 1.2/m she recieved at 8am this morning.

At first i didnt think much of it, maybe she was busy but fast forward few hours later and still no payment so I started asking her what is up and she replied with:

And now she is just ignoring me so I dont know how to feel about this situation so I much rather have a Mod sort it out for me as that may encourage honey to be more responsive.
