NOTE: The trade did go through, but only after I mentioned that I was going to post a scam report, as this user was very sketchy.

Explanation of the trade: $15 Itunes gift card in exchange for skins on CS:GO
How they scammed: Was going along with the trade until a middle man was brought up. After adding the middle man and agreeing to the deal, he claimed he was unable to trade on steam. So I took the liberty to go on steam's website and check this out. It clearly states, and I quote, "Note that this does not affect password changes, only password resets." (Steam) The link to this can be found at the bottom of the page.

I would also like this user checked for ban evasion as a User IP Audit performed on this user linked to MANY sythe accounts, likely a proxy or a VPN.

Looks like a misunderstanding to me.

Both accounts are in good standing. They have not interacted either.

I don't see anything suggesting this.

If you have evidence which may warrant a ban or TwC, please post it in a new report.
