I believe Soo Real may be ban evading. He came into the Live chat on RSUltimate, and kind of confessed. Not sure if it's true or not, but I'm doing my part to let the staff decide:

He says he was banned in '08 for scamming $1, has since learned his lesson and is putting in a High Pardon as we speak, so it's up to the staff what they wish to do with this. I can provide video evidence of the chat logs if necessary.
