Unfortunately it's all I really have to go on aside from the fact that Cigle's only thread aside from his vouch thread was in an 07 market section and all of Dag Bones' threads have been in 07 market sections as well. Obviously not much proof there because tons of people play 07, however Cigle was banned 3 months or so prior to Dag Bones showing up but was active again roughly a month after Dag Bones' registration date. He's also Dag's only IP match.

Also, according to this report, his msn is [email protected] which shows he's from Canada (note Xero thought he was a different person but as mentioned in Lean's post he was vading the user trading with the person Xero had reported.)

I assume the hotmail.ca means he's from Canada, and Dag Bones trades with Interac meaning he's also from Canada:

Meaning it's quite possibly a home IP unless it's a public/mobile IP or he's a Canadian using a VPN from Canada lol.

Went to hit the Submit New Thread button and I had an idea, check the MSN for skypes and it lead to the skype jevtic92 as seen here:
