I'm a strength pure, with one defence, should i be wearing str ammy, or glory ammy when i train,
and another question

should i get my prayer up? my cb lvl is 52, im 73 str 40 atk 1 def

 

Wear a glory, gives better overall bonuses. And its up to you if you want to get prayer up, but I would recomend keeping it low until you get 99 str.

 

I'd use a strength amulet to train, and if you want to stay low cmb, pray isn't that helpful. If you want ancients you're gonna need to get 11 prayer though :\

its going to be tough getting 99 str since my training spot/money making spot is ruined since the updated hp shit.

killing fleshies for herbs is horrible now since i alway get hit.. ffs. runescape always tries to ruin pures.
