(Shiz) Shablo5 = Scammer

Here I will PROVE Shablo5(shiz) is a Scammer. I am requesting a Permanent IP Ban, as well as the IP Address Registered Under the Sythe Account


Ok, I would like to say, Shablo5 (shiz) did briefly keep in contact with me after paying him for the account. In essence what happened was I payed 28m for the account, a level 119, and was told that another sythe member has also purchased that account. I was also told that I would soon be in complete possession of the account which never came to be. The pictures, etc I will be providing not only proves he has scammed in the past, but shows he scammed me. Quite a strange sale. I admit, I am VERY frustrated that he was not banned, when he scammed previously. Ill let the pictures tell the rest.
