This is Seaniboi, I was recently banned TODAY (09/25/11)

I was banned today because a scammer himself pointed his finger towards me as being a scammer.

I got banned without being spoken to, to give my defense.


Anyways.

The account being purchased was a Heroes of Newerth account. These accounts are recoverable with the proof of an Transaction ID, which proves you paid for the account before it went Free to Play. I was given permission to change the account information (Email & Password) before paying for it. The same day I lost internet due to weather, so I could NOT finish changing all the information and sent the payment for it. The next day, the account was recovered, I had no access to it at all, so therefore I did not send any payment. I am pretty sure the owner (DSata) recovered it and had plans to recover it even after I paid for it. I have proof of not being a scammer, because I recently purchased a HoN account from aussiedud3.

So for the person who instantly banned me without doing his job and gathering more information, please learn to do you damn job and try to get both sides of the story.

 

Well your "alibi" of sorts denied talking to you. Looks to me like both sides still point against your favor.
