Pro VS Con of the VOTE

well i for one have thoguth a lot of how this would affect runescape and came up with these pro vs con ideas feel free to criticize

PROS:1.NO EP
2.FULL KILL LOOT
3.NO HYBRIDS i know they risk a lot as of now but they would likely decrease (AHRMIS,SOL,BANDOS)
4.D BONES WOULD GO UP IN PRICE AS IT WOULD BE HARDER TO KILL GREEN DRAGS FREELY?<let me know if you think this/or not
5.U ACCULY MAKE MONEY PKING INSTEAD OF WASTING ON FOOD/BAD DROPS(ex. Down d claws + bandos get 2m...)
6.GREEN DRAGS LESS POP.
7.MANY OLD PLAYERS WILL RETURN

PROS: 1.MULES WILL BE ABLE TO SIMPLY MULTI-LOG AND TRANSFER MONEY TO MAIN/PURES
2.U CAN EASLY GIVE FRIENDS MONEY IF THEY GET HACKED ETC

CONS:1.CLUE SCROLLS WILL BE HARDER TO COMPLETE SINCE WILD IS 10x MORE DANGEROUS
2.I CANT RLLY THINK OF ANYMORE?

CONS:1.SCAMMING (can go either way)
2.RSGP VALUE ON HERE WILL BE DOWN'D
3.JUNK=100%JUNK since players will most likely charge stright up Gold for loans
4.LURING(good for pkers bad for new players)


MISC PROS:
1.Botting will be easyer < not 100% sure about that
2.SMITE
3.IF UR SCARED OF BEING SCAMMED WHEN U BUY AN ACCOUNT U CAN JUST TRADE ALL GP OF IT AND IF U END UP KEEPING AFTER A WHILE UR GOOD

AS FROM WHAT I HERE ITS CONFIRMED OLD WILD/FREE TRADE WILL BE IN JAN

 

You can still protect item on ags.

 

True forgot about item protect but still smite will play a big role and most ppl (i would) be afrid to try and risk

 

How are scamming/luring downsides of the update?

 

There were 1 itemers.... There were brids... Were you even around?

 

Mod Mark confirmed, that there WILL BE NO protect item prayer usable in the Wilderness.
Instead, there will be a system, that automatically keeps your most valuable item ( must be worth over 500K )

 

yeh ags pures would eb hard to do becasue your prayers gonna run out eventually they will have to bring more pots and get more prayer plsu there still will be 1 itemer rushers with protect item on

well than that is kinda a downer as 1 itemers can be annyoing but i guess in f2p there will be no rune 2h 1 itemers / g2h?

All those points I've read as good points.

Players won't be stupid anymore, scamming was a good thing - by not being protected you learn how to handle yourself.

Playing back then helped me in real life as well as in Runescape - you get lured for 3M, you know what a lure is. Even better yet, you get lured for 3M, you learn how to lure, you lure more than 100x that

 

If your correct about the dragon bones being harder to get, that would be the item to invest in......

well from what i see it seems like it would be as your not fully protected anymore and green drags is a really popular bot

 

Yeah you can't just carry around a tele and a brace and know you're safe from revs. We'll finally get green drag pkers again, ON EVERY WORLD :')

 

Ugh... You must not remember green dragons. Everybody is willing to kill them. All they have to do is wear Rune chain, rune platelegs, whip, anti d shield, and addy full helm. 5k risk for big profit.

 

yes but there would not be cannons? to get a mass load and also wild would not be safe in every world correct? since cannon cant go to pvp
