Please excuse the Verified by Farmer as well as the prices for Services not to do with this forum subsection, this layout is mine from another site I am known for offering Capes on.

Nonetheless, here they are...

- All Requirements must be fulfilled for me to start your service, I can however do: " The Elder Kiln - 3.5M " for those wanting the Kiln done.

- All Gear must be provided by you, unless cash is left upon the account - the amount can be discussed via Skype.

- Payment must be provided to a Middleman first at your expense, unless payment is paid prior to the Service commencing.

- Jagex Account Guardian must be disabled on the account as orders can take up to 24 hours to complete, although this is only stated to cover me - it is usually quicker.

- Password can be a temporary password created for this purpose, however must not be changed until I've stated so - when I've completed the Service.

- Account must not be logged into once the Service has begun unless I state otherwise.

- All Services provided will be done by hand, meaning that no mutes and/or bans will have me held accountable for.

- If for some reason, you choose to cancel the service - only 50% of the payment prior to start will be refunded. If a middleman was used, only 50% will be paid to you.

- If for some reason, I am unable to complete your service - I will refund 110% of the money due. If however, it is because you don't fulfil - only 100% will be refunded.

- After the completion of the Service, feedback must be left to commend me for my service.​
