Arcus Insidar - Trespass to Chattels

Arcus Insidar is currently violating U.S. Law through "trespass to chattels". I politely asked him for his RS GP selling policy after the situation below occurred:

I wanted to buy 400M off of him. He said okay, but to only send him 300M worth at first. I sent him 300M worth. I was then told that he was only going to sell me 150M. I told him, no, that he needs to sell me the full 400M or nothing. I then asked politely for his RS GP policy, he refused to link me (probably does not have one then). He then proceeded with issuing me a refund.

I wrote a reply about this devious situation and gave him a bad rating. He got upset and decided to spam my phone number that I had given him via his website (breaking "trespass to chattels"). I proceeded to informing him that he had broken U.S. Law and that I was going to take legal actions against him. This is when he blocked me.



He may not have broken any Sythe rules, but rather not let this go unnoticed, because this shows lack of good morals, judgment, maturity, and professionalism, so it wouldn't surprise me if he snaps like this again.
