User is selling a large chunk of wealth for well above market rate (even in bulk) and I feel to be selling 5b 07 at that high of a rate when the standard market rate is around .7 (and higher) is super sketchy.

I've dealt with him before / MM'd numerous transactions of high wealth for him (just take a look at his vouches if you want). Just because he's selling a large amount doesn't mean he's sketchy. He's been here for over 7 years without any issues. This report would only be considered somewhat valid if he was selling for much lower than GP rate is worth ATM as then I'd understand where you're coming from, but he's selling for a higher rate (as he's assumingly waiting for the price to go up to get more out of his stock).
