Xso talented I shouldn't have been banned for this

I was banned for supposedly scamming 2m on runescape. I showed pictures of everything that was going on but I was banned before I could post more proof I would not risk getting banned over 2m. I was a forum addict and been here for over 3 months and I have never scammed or thought about scamming since I been here.
I been scammed for $30 dollars worth of gears of war 3 dlc I reported it showed proof and the person that scammed me didn't get banned he got a "trade with caution" thing next to his name and I also found out he had scammed in the past while looking at his vouches. I was supposed to be un banned today 12.31.11 but then it said I would not be un banned today instead it said never.
I feel that it's not right for someone to get banned for 2m that I did not scammed!

 

What was the report and before we talk about an unban make sure things are paid back. If you can prove that I see why not. I'll let another global review this since I'm away.

 

I was going to give him 45min of double xp he said he would go first with 2m, but he traded and never miss gave me the 2m instead he logged out and back in saying "sorry dude, did you get the 2m" I said "no" also why would he ask if I got it if later he said he knew he got it. Also why would he log out?

I posted some pictures up showing me before the trade and after and on both pics I have no 2m

Well if the person is willing to deal. I dot think we should have much of a problem dealing with this. Just let me know if things have been paid up before we do anything.

 

The thing is I don't know who the person is all I remember is that he has the word "saif" in it if you could get on my account and look in my inbox he should be there.
Or I can get on if I'm unban I can look in my inbox and find him.

 

There is no way I could pay him back if there is no way in contacting him, for that to happen I would need his sythe name.

Hey man I'm so sorry, I was looking at my pics closely and I was like "there is no 3m in my in wtf????? " then I looked at where it shows people talk and it showed thatit said "30000 has Been put to your money pouch" if I knew what a money pouch was and how to use it this wouldn't have happens. I be more then happy to return allll your money its still in the money pouch
