Why you think they are ban evading:

1st: They both had/have the same gamertag "Statutory" which even though Fanfaro says he bought, but he was selling it after his first few posts so kinda fishy there.

2nd: They're both selling Xbox accounts, Buying/selling Gamebattles things, and CoD accounts

3rd: They both post very similarly, both post looks like this:

4th: If you check OGTraders vouch page this appears:

Thought it was pretty suspicious so it was worth a shot to see if this in fact a vader.
