Fake Vouches: StoppingPower23

I'm reporting him after he scammed someone I know.

He has 1/5 real vouches, the others were clearly edited from random posts of other users. If he chooses to give me the hassle by deleting them, will host a screenshot.

Edit:
His fake vouches have been deleted, however his MSN "[email protected]" matches several banned users

He's probably created a dozen accounts. If not already IP banned, please do so.
