    How they scammed: made a whole story up about his paypal being limited http://tinypic.com/r/w80ujb/7.png
    Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: he said later in the msn chat that he made the msn account earlier that day.

    he is a newcomer probably ban evader but i don't have proof for it.

    Sent the same garbage to me, and I'm inclined more than an inkling to believe that the MSN you were talking to is his rightful MSN. Banned.
