xt2mad $50 Donator scammed me

I sold him my 9hp account first he said he sent the $20 to a paypal email similar to mine then he only sends $2, refuses to send the rest saying he'd sent $20 and won't return the account.

Guess i'll have to recover the account, I'll refund his $2 if the mods think its a good idea I just want him banned hes a time waster and a fail scammer.
