He showed up on OsScape in the location I told him to. [No screenshot taken]
Then he asked for my 07 name and I gave him
1. My OsScape Name
2. My RSN
3. Location on RS to meet me
[Removed messages]
Then he says one second and appears offline.
Not sure if this user is working for OSScape or he just had to go.

 

Not enough to warrant a TWC. Make another report if more convincing evidence appears.
