Banned for Hacking/Attempted Frame

Hello, I was banned 2 days ago for Hacking/Attempted frame. Here is the story. Firstly I posted about buying a 10$ Rsbot Script for 30m Rsgp. The first response i got was from Poperi. He added my skype. we didnt talk very much but he agreed to buy me a script for 30m. so me ( Thinking hes trusted ) says ill go first since 12 vouches is a reasonable amount and the trade was worth $5 more then he donated. I traded him the 30m and he logged out. I made a scam report (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=11538666 )
about 1-2Hrs after he scammed me he went back on Skype. He wanted to buy me the script and said just give me your Powerbot Password and username ill buy it, i never gave it to him i asked for a refund... He then logged out. In under 10 minutes he logged back in and Said: poperi is to easy to hack man haha. I then started talknig to him about how i didnt believe him. i Finally said well then give me the username and password to let me check if your for real. He says sure and gives me the username and password. Here is the pic. ( http://puu.sh/1d8U2 ) While i was talking to him i was doing a trade. The same trade he scammed me for but with different user. After the trade was complete the middleman asked for a vouch so me being dumbfounded i forgot to log out of poperi's account and vouched with poperi, soon after i deleted it. I then changed some things on his profile information (His skype and email because the hacker claims to have it) and the request a Self-Requesten-Ban. The account soon got banned and I thought it was over. About 20 minutes later I tryed to refresh my sythe page and i was banned. I quickly started to talk to -Ryan and he says i was the one who hacked it and scammed myself but clearly in that picture it shows the hacker giving me the account info and him stating the account was hacked.

I don't think Tricky Kills was the hacker, he only had 1 or 2 IPs that matched because he logged in, then posted 2 times (the report for the SRB and the post on the vouch thread). And if he did hack it then scam himself, why would he only "scam" 30m?

Any other moderators have a second opinion?

 

I've all ready found who the real hacker was, and he's all ready unbanned.
