Explanation of the trade: We started a duo business venture a couple months ago this being a GIM Shop. We decided to go 50/50 on all purchases aswell as 50/50 on all sales made. After a disagreement, I decided to call it quits after being sick of Salt/Apex (same person) his continuous rude behaviour towards customers. I said I would take my half of the current assets we have in stock, which to him it was then only just to strip me from my permissions in the server, removing me from all channels, and he then proceeded to change the details to the account that holds all the assets, as a precaution because he thought I may havetook everything instead of only my half, which is understandable.

After he initially claimed I'm not entitled to keep my half of the assets which we both spent the past few months gathering. He said that, if "I wanted out" I shouldn't be allowed to receive my part of the profits. He then said I was only entitled to recouping what I initially invested, meaning he would walk off with nearly 40b in GIM shop item value. Either way, I initially invested together with him, I helped build the balance so really, I should be recouping my initial investment aswell as half of the profits and/or aqcuired assets/balance.

How they scammed: Salt is currently withholding around 3500$ worth in GIM shop valued items which is my rightful half of the assets gathered in the past few months.

Salt has also started the process of kicking me from the group that has the account with all the assets.

You said you were waiting for a confirmation from Sythe mods in the private conversation we made, so there would be proof of you paying me back my half, so I wouldn't have the chance turn back around and call you a scammer and false-report you after you had given me my half. The mods confirmed that if our agreement was 50/50 that you can give me half and have proof right here in the Sythe DM's.

Yet now you're just completely avoiding the fact that you literally agreed on giving me my half, granted the one thing you requested was proof of pay on Sythe.

Show me a single piece of evidence of me scamming him, these are all just chat logs arent they, there's not a single piece of evidence I've even scammed the guy, Heck I'll even ask him for evidence, so you can see I've never even scammed him. Desperate attempt of you to stray away from the fact that you agreed to giving me half of what's mine, yet now you backtrack and want to scam me out of my 3500$.

I'm actually quite sad I didn't screenshot your chatlogs in time before you deleted about 75% of your messages in our DM's, showing where you bought subscriptions to Recoderz, how you still talk with certain ban evaders, how you even nearly agreed to helping me "scam" that guy because I said I would use the money for the server, that's was quite literally me baiting you into seeing how dirty of a rat you actually are. And the funny thing is you even almost gave in too. Quite ironic isnt it.

 

You're in no position to dictate how much you give me back, let the Sythe mods decide. They saw and read everything in the Sythe conversation and what you agreed to. You know damn well that 50% of the item's on the account that holds all assets, is mine.

And me wanting to quit because I was frankly sick and tired of your continuous rude and toxic behaviour has nothing to do with the fact that you're supposedly "allowed" to keep all of the assets because I didn't want to continue working with you anymore. You're blatantly scamming. Which, if you are, and nothing positive comes out of this report, I will 100% take legal action IRL. And you know damn well I will.

 

Matter of fact, I've quit this scene months ago, and everyone knows. I didn't bring my past into this new business venture, which if I recall correctly, you didn't want to do this with me in the first place if I still dabbled my toes in what I did in the past.

So in no way shape or form is anything of what you posted, a reason to STEAL my half of the assets. Who are you, some kind of white knight robin hood? You manipulated prices, lying to customers about certain situations to get them to pay more.

@ Mods, he has now also deleted ALL of his messages in discord DM's (I still have proof as I screen recorded alot of it) but safe to say even without any verdict yet, that he is in fact scamming. If he had nothing to hide, he wouldn't clear all his DM's with me. I also have proof of him being a sub to Recoderz, and will provide this to the people that run OBB etc.

The "third column" mentioned in one of the pictures refers to a column made on the google spreadsheet we have that tracks all our stock, this column would essentially be the total sum of the value of all our assets combined. Initially it was just two columns, one for his assets and one for mine. At the time of these screenshots, he had a little under 2b of items left in value of his own before we started this venture together.

However months later he then merged this into the total split combined value, because if he didn't it would mean that, anything left from his side of the stock (before I joined) would have to be sold first whenever a customer wanted items from our shared stock, if he had said items in his own personal stock ofcourse. Thisj would otherwise cause to much confusion, so we decided to merge his 1.6b-ish bit of assets he had, into the general shared stock. Meaning I'd receive about ~800m of said potential extra profit if these assets were sold.

To clarify aswell, he agreed to paying me out half the assets, granted we did this in Sythe conversations with mods overseeing the transaction so I couldn't turn back around and false report him, after he would have given me half the assets.

After he heard about me warning some loyal customers about his shenanigans, he proceed to tell me to fuck off and make this a public report.

So he is in fact breaking whatever he agreed on doing in Sythe conversations after Zora confirmed it was allowed to happen. (If I can, I'll add you to the Sythe conversation so you can see what was agreed on)

 

There is no proof that he deserves any of it. And he cannot provide any proof that he does deserve any of it.
What I can say is, he did about 10% of any work in the server whilst I did 90%. All he did was communicate with customers.
I did all trades, I coded the entire bot we used myself (aside from a simple review bot), hosted all bots (discord bots), paid for all memberships aside from 3-4 bonds he helped with, paid for all other costs such as Ticket Tool Premium (he helped pay half of 1 month of Ticket Tool Premium) and I of course spoke with customers. Meanwhile he just yapped to customers. He also often had a power trip and lost me potential revenue when he was upset with people. He banned and kicked people many many many times for no reason other than they didn't respond to him within 1-2 days, he thought it was some kind of legal requirement?
I always have had the ownership of everything, the server, the stock, the account which holds the stock etc etc.
He did however help invest in some items and I'm willing to return his part of the investment.

He seems to think he's entitled to 50% of all profit I will get now and in the future which frankly is not happening especially when he's gone from barely doing anything to doing nothing.
