I have to say surfpin billing support is brilliant, I was having an issue with my pin where I was getting separate prices for the pins on different accounts and I bought a pin on the cheaper one and then had issues redeeming it on the one that cost a tiny bit more (I got discount membership because of 12 months of continued subscription but did not realise until after I bought it) and they did this...



So rep++ surfpin, you guys are great.

 

I bet a few people on here will say they have the same problem now just to get the free pin lol.

 

They check the number you call off and ask you to provide the pin, it wouldn't work.

 

Well you can buy one, say it doesn't work and they'll give you another one + the one you bought?

Wow that's nice of them. Who doesn' tlike free stuff. So basically you say it doesn't work (when it actually works) and they just give you another one just like that?
