If i scammed him that means he sells his accounnt and recovers it back?

i made another msn account i pmed him and said do u got any acc and he is like yup i got a lvl 82 for you.

And if you go to his thread it says selling a lvl 82 for 700k ..

Now he made a thread that he told me another acc please cheak that acc in a cb calulater its not lvl 82.
