    Need smoking kills done on 102 with 99 STR!!!
    I'd prefer for it to be done free, but i guess i can pay a small fee if i have to [PAYPAL]

    I have all the skill requirements, however you will need to obtain the catspeak amulet, ghostspeak amulet and cat(, overgrown cat or kitten). The quests are done but i have lost the items.
