The Sythe Technical core is one of the most prestigious group of members on Sythe.org, singlehandedly responsible for nearly all the improvements and big projects planned for the community. Apply to join the Tech Core today. You could be working on the upcoming Sythe RSPS, improving gameservers, implementing livestreaming capabilities, fine-tuning the Sythe Gold system, implementing miniranks, making the market safer, or working on your own projects.

What are the requirements?

There are no specific requirements to join the Tech Core, but the following is preferred:

Why do you want to join the Tech Core?

I want to join the Tech core group as I have heard that it is the best group on Sythe. I want to be part of a fantastic community and therefore I feel that by being part of the technical core group, I would be able to achieve this.

Would you rather be in the Tech Core or be a moderator on Sythe?

I would much rather be a technical core member on Sythe however I would not necessarily reject the idea of being a moderator if I was offered it as long as I could remain in the technical core group.

Why are you not joining other groups of the community, such as the PR team or CDT?

I only recently got my pardon accepted on Sythe. I felt that I would not be able to get into the PR team because I don't have an active youtube channel currently and the applications for the CDT group are not open as of now.

What are your biggest assets to the Tech Core? Do you have any notable skills?

I am very good at bug testing. I am able to find any flaws in any projects that need to be tested. I am currently looking to study cybersecurity so I guess testing would be my main skill. I am good at taking apart computers but I wouldn't necessarily say that is an asset to the tech core group. I am currently studying how to code however I would be able to work in projects. I also would say that I am a strong person working in a team or individually so I think I would be fine in the Tech core group no matter what happens. The last thing I would say that is an asset is that I am a very focused person. Once a project is started I will not stop and leave the project and will spend long hours of time to ensure that the project is finished before starting on a new one.

How many hours of free time per week can you dedicate to the Tech Core?

I am definitely able to dedicate a few hours of my time each week to the Tech Core group as I am currently a college student so when I am not at college I will be out or on Sythe.org

What Tech Core project are you most interested in?

I would not say that I am interested in a specific Tech Core project. I am interested in all of the Tech Core projects because I find that if I am only interested in one project then there is only motivation to do that one however all of the Tech Core projects must be completed so therefore you have to take an interest in all of them if not then at least most of them.

What do you want to improve about Sythe.org the most?

I want to improve how the pardon system works. I also want to improve the reward system as I feel that miniranks are slowly becoming sort of worthless purely because the people who have a tonne of miniranks and try to sell them find it difficult to get the price that they are worth because more and more miniranks are being released on a daily basis and equally ranks are becoming rarer and rarer. I feel that the ranks and the miniranks need to be balanced out a bit more.

Would you rather maintain current projects or work on new projects?

I wouldn't mind either way. Maintaining current projects is good because it allows the site to be improved with minimal testing however working on new projects would take longer to perfect purely because they are mainly started from scratch. Either way they both improve the site and so I am up for anything that needs to be completed.
